Lokomotiv welcomes Silyanov back from Rostov

Moscow, May 5 – The railway said in a statement that the footballer Alexander Silyanov will return to Lokomotiv Moscow after the expiration of his lease in Rostov, as the Rostovs did not use the option to buy him out.

Silyanov moved from Lokomotiv to Rostov on loan in January last year, and in July the lease was extended for another season.

Silyanov is 22 years old. This season, he played 25 matches for Rostov, scoring two goals and making an assist. As part of Lokomotiv, the defender won the 2021 Russian Cup.
