Los Angeles announces award winners "Grammy"

Washington, February 5 – The American Grammy Recording Academy winners will be named in Los Angeles on Sunday, and the 65th Anniversary Gala will be shown live on NBC.

South African actor Trevor Noah is hosting for the third time in a row. Today’s most famous artists will perform on stage for several hours of the ceremony, many of which have been nominated for the award.

The party will be an anniversary. Not only is it being held for the 65th time, the organizers also plan to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the hip-hop genre. An entire segment will be dedicated to this event at the Grammys.

The nominees for the 2023 Grammy Awards, the most prestigious award in the music world, include Adele, Beyoncé, ABBA, Taylor Swift, Kendrick Lamar, and many more.

Album of the Year nominations include Adele’s 30, Beyoncé’s Renaissance, Voyage (ABBA), Bad Bunny’s Un Verano Sin Ti, In These Silent Days (Brandy Carlyle), Music of the Spheres (Coldplay), and the English singer’s third studio album Harry Styles’ “Harry’s House”, “Mr. Morale & the Big Steppers” by Kendrick Lamar and “Special” by American singer Lizzo and Mary J. Blige’s “Good Morning Gorgeous”.

10 songs are nominated for Song of the Year this year: Bad Habit (Steve Lacey), As It Was (Harry Styles), Easy on me (Adele), Break my soul (Beyoncé), abcdefu (GAYLE), About Damn Time (Lizzo), God did (DJ Khaled), V part of the heart (Kendrick Lamar), just like that (Bonnie Raitt) and it’s all right (Taylor Swift).

The Record of the Year category will feature Don’t Shut Me Down (ABBA), You and Me on the Rock (Brandi Carlisle) and Woman (Dodge Cat) as well as other songs nominated by Adele, Beyoncé, Harry Stiles, Kendrick Lamar, Lizzo, Marie J. Blige and Steve Lacey.

The nominees for Best New Artist of the Year are Anita, Omar Apollo, Domi & JD Beck, Mooney Long, Samara Joy, Lato, Maniskin, Toby Nwegui, Molly Tuttle, and Whit Leg.

Grammys are awarded annually in more than 80 categories for achievement in various genres of music and areas of the music business. The winners receive a statuette in the form of a gilded gramophone. Each one is hand poured in a small workshop in Colorado.
