PERM, March 11 – The police opened a case after an incident when a disgruntled client threatened a Perm employee with violence and poured gasoline at her workplace to intimidate, the News Agency was told in the regional police.
Earlier, local media reported that a man with an explosive device broke into a company in Perm and doused a female employee, her workplace and her equipment with gasoline, and then allegedly took out matches. It was explained that the dispute was due to dissatisfaction with the quality of services: the man first, with the help of the company’s services, received compensation for the incomplete repair of the dilapidated house, and later decided to recover the legal costs, but the amount of compensation he received did not satisfy him. Information about the incident that occurred on March 2 was accompanied by a video: in the footage, a man in outerwear spills a transparent liquid on a desk, after which an employee jumps off the table, runs away and closes the door behind her. , the “attacker” remains in the office alone and several pull the handle at once.
“The service unit of the police department of the Leninsky district received a message about the presence of a death threat. Based on this fact, the investigative bodies initiated a criminal case under Part 1 of Article 119 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation,” the ministry confirmed that the incident occurred on March 2. The criminal article provides for up to five years in prison.
