MOSCOW, July 17 – the News Agency reported in the press service of the capital’s police headquarters that ten people, including nine foreigners, ended up in the police after a quarrel in the east of Moscow, and a criminal case was opened.
According to the administration, the night before, the police received a message about a dispute between citizens on Serenevi Boulevard. Previously, there was a quarrel on local grounds.
“To verify their involvement in the incident, ten people were brought to the provincial police department, including nine citizens of neighboring countries,” the source said.

The fighting resulted in the injury of two people who were taken to medical facilities.
The representative of the police indicated that five brawlers were subjected to substances under the article on petty hooliganism (Article 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation). Two more received protocols under Article “Immigration” – 18.8 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (violation by a foreigner or a stateless person of the rules for entry into the Russian Federation or the regime of residence (residence) in the Russian Federation).
In addition, a criminal case was initiated for intentional infliction of moderate bodily harm (Article 112 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).
