Moscow, February 6 – Paris Saint-Germain and France striker Kylian Mbappe has been named European Footballer of the Year for 2022 by the International Federation of Football History and Statistics (IFFHS), according to the organization’s website.
Last year, the Frenchman, along with PSG, won the championship and the French Super Cup. And as part of the national team, the striker reached the final of the Qatar World Cup, in which the Argentine national team won.
Mbappe joined Paris Saint-Germain in 2018 from Monaco. Previously, the striker was included in the IFFHS Team of the Best Players in Europe in 2022.
