Moscow, March 14 – Russian Daniil Medvedev was injured during the fourth round match of the Masters tennis tournament in Indian Wells (United States) with German Alexander Zverev.
Medvedev fell and twisted his leg during the draw with a score of 6: 7 (5: 7), 3: 2. For a long time the Russian could not get up from the court on his own. Zverev went to help him, but Medvedev refused to help and waited for the doctor. The meeting has been adjourned for a medical deadline. After a few minutes the match resumed.
