Metallurg Tops Auto Driver to Reach Quarter-Finals of Gagarin Cup

Moscow, March 14 – Metallurg Magnitogorsk beat Avtomobilist Yekaterinburg in overtime in the seventh game of the first round series of the KHL Hockey League.
The meeting in Yekaterinburg ended with a score of 4: 3 (1: 0, 0: 2, 2: 1, 1: 0) in favor of the guests. Among the winners, Nikita Korostelev (6th minute), Denis Zhirnov (54th), Igor Yakovlev (56th) and Nikolai Goldubin (69th) scored goals. Hosts Nick Ebert (23), Sergei Shirokov (32) and Alexey Mikheev (42) scored.
