Moscow, January 4 – The Milwaukee Bucks defeated the Washington Wizards in a regular season game in the National Basketball Association (NBA).
The meeting ended in Milwaukee with a score of 123: 113 (32:28, 29:21, 29:36, 33:28). As part of the winners, Giannis Antetokounmpo scored 55 points, made 10 rebounds and gave 7 assists. Brook Lopez (21 points, 12 rebounds) and Bobby Portez (17 points, 13 rebounds) also hit a double-double. Of the losers, Kristaps Porzingis (22 points) was the most productive, and Daniel Gafford (11 points, 12 rebounds) scored a double-double.
Antetokounmpo broke the club record with 143 points in their last three matches. The previous achievement was set in 1969, when Flynn Robinson scored 129 points. The Greek forward has 40+ points in three straight games, also a Bucks record.
