The Ministry of Youth and Sports is awaiting a substantive review of the decision of the Administrative Court obliging the Ministry to decide on the exclusion of Mortada Mansour from the presidents of the Zamalek club and on his exclusion from the board of directors.
A source at the Ministry of Youth and Sports said that legal issues will look into the court’s decision as they wait to see if there are other appeals to be filed by the president of the Zamalek club so that the decision is not made by an administrative body. until the full completion of all legal methods.
The source added that the Ministry of Youth and Sports respects the decisions of the judiciary and at the same time will not rush to make any decisions now, except after careful study.
And today, Sunday, the Second Circuit of the Administrative Court issued a decision obliging Dr. Ashraf Sobhi, Minister of Youth and Sports, to rule on the exclusion of Mortada Mansour from the presidents of the Zamalek club and his exclusion from the board of directors. .
And the Office of State Commissioners in Court issued a court report recommending that Mortada Mansour’s membership on the Zamalek board of directors be terminated after he was imprisoned on charges of insulting and slandering Mahmoud Al-Khatib, the president of the Al-Ahly Club, in a cassation ruling.
