Mocking US Plans to Increase National Debt Ceiling: Zakharova’s Take

Moscow, March 23 – The official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, described the US Treasury’s desire to raise the national debt ceiling as an anecdote and a “new bottom.”
