Musk Unveils Twitter’s New Name with Only One Letter Change

US businessman Elon Musk has confirmed his plans to launch a new name on Twitter, which is a single X name, according to what Musk tweeted Thursday.

Musk’s tweet came in response to what T(w)itter Daily News posted earlier, quoting his latest interview in which he explained that the move was intended to expand Twitter’s functionality in the future, requiring it to be renamed. with “X” and he said, “That’s right.”

Notably, on October 27, 2022, Musk closed a $44 billion acquisition of Twitter. Immediately after the purchase, he announced that he had fired a number of executives, including CEO Parag Agrawal and CFO Ned Segal.

After that, Musk announced that he would step down as CEO of Twitter because he had appointed a new CEO … and said: “She will begin her duties within six weeks.”
