Nepryaeva won the second race in a row at the stage of the Cup of Russia in Krasnogorsk

KRASNOGORSK (Moscow region), December 28 – Olympic champion, World Cup winner Natalya Nepryaeva wins the 10-kilometer time trial in classic style at the fifth stage of the Russian Cup in cross-country skiing, which is being held in Krasnogorsk, Moscow Region.
The athlete covered the distance in 28 minutes 53.3 seconds. The second place was taken by Maria Istomina (late – 23.4 seconds). The third was Anastasia Kuleshova (+29.0).

The stage will end in Krasnogorsk on December 28 with the men’s 15 km race.
The International Ski and Snowboard Federation (FIS) has suspended the Russians and Belarusians from the final starts of last season due to the situation in Ukraine. In October, the FIS Council extended the suspension for the 2022/23 season. Russian figure skaters compete in the stages of the National Cup.
