Newcastle United snatched third place in the English Premier League from their guest Manchester United by beating them with two clean goals tonight, Sunday, in the 29th round of the Premier League.
Goals for the hosts were scored by both players, Joseph Willock and Callium Wilson, 65 minutes and 88 minutes respectively from the meeting at St James’ Park in Newcastle.

Newcastle United took their third win in a row to increase their lead to 50 points and move up to third in the Premier League table, overtaking Manchester United on goal difference.
Newcastle United, which was acquired by the Saudi Investment Fund for $409 million in early October 2021, has become a strong contender for a front-line position to qualify for the Champions League next season.
