Moscow, March 20 – Russian striker “Tampa Bay Lightning” Nikita Kucherov reached the 100-point mark in the regular season of the National Hockey League (NHL) season 2022/23.
The Lightning forward scored a goal against the New Jersey Devils. This fruitful work was the 100th for the Russian in the current draw (28 goals and 72 assists). It took Kucherov 71 games to achieve this goal.
The 29-year-old Lightning forward became just the third player in the 2022-23 season to reach 100 points. Previously, this summit was conquered by Edmonton Oilers forwards Conor McDavid and Leon Dricetel. Among Russian hockey players, Kucherov is the fastest to reach hundreds of points during the current regular season.

Kucherov is in his ninth regular season in the NHL. For the third time in his career, he scored 100 or more points in a single tournament. The best for the Russian is the 2018/19 season, when the striker scored 128 points (41 goals and 87 assists) in 82 matches. Kucherov is the only player in Tampa history to score more than one season with 100 points.
