Number of people missing due to hostilities in Ukraine is revealed

Moscow, May 2 – Today, Tuesday, the Ukrainian Ministry of Interior said that about 23,000 people are considered missing as a result of the hostilities.

In mid-April, Oleg Kutenko, the Commissioner for Missing Persons under Special Circumstances, said that more than 7,000 Ukrainian servicemen were missing.
Earlier, the Ministry of Reintegration of Ukraine reported that equipment for the selection and storage of DNA materials had already been purchased for the Ukrainian army to simplify the identification process, and it was necessary to establish a material selection process.
