Oil Prices on the Decline

Oil prices continued to decline in trading today, Friday, in light of the ongoing market assessment of the risks of tightening monetary policy, coinciding with a recovery in oil demand in China.

And by 08:45 Moscow time, futures for US West Texas Intermediate oil fell 0.78% to $75.13 per barrel.

At the same time, futures for Brent crude fell 0.56% to $81.13 per barrel, according to Bloomberg data.

Black gold prices closed lower yesterday, as US crude fell 1.2% to $75.72 a barrel and Brent crude fell 1.3% to $81.59 a barrel.
