"Parma" With the loss of 44-year-old Buffon "Inter" in the Italian Cup

Moscow, January 11 – Inter beat Parma in the 1/8 final of the Italian Cup.
The meeting in Milan ended with a 2-1 victory for the hosts in extra time, as Stanko Juric scored a goal against Parma (38th minute). Inter escaped defeat thanks to Lautaro Martinez’s goal in the 88th minute, and Francesco Acerbe (110) scored the winning goal in extra time.
The 44-year-old Gianluigi Buffon entered the starting line-up for Parma in Serie B. The goalkeeper has played his fourth match of the season. As part of Juventus, he won the Italian Championship 10 times, together with Parma in 1999 at the Luzhniki Stadium in Moscow he won the UEFA Cup. With the Italian national team, Buffon won the World Cup (2006) and became the silver medalist of the European Championship (2012), and also holds the record for the national team in the number of matches (174).

In the quarter-finals, Inter will face the winner of the Italian Cup, the winner of the Atalanta-La Spezia match.
