Tel Aviv, March 28 – Israeli police have arrested 34 demonstrators in Tel Aviv since early Monday, Israeli website Ynet reported.
“Police arrested another protester at a demonstration in Tel Aviv for disorderly conduct at Kaplan Junction, near the Hashalom Junction (near the government complex – Al-Mahreer). 34 demonstrators have been arrested in Tel Aviv since the beginning of the day.” Writes a newspaper.
Most of the arrests were made when protesters against judicial reform tried to bypass police checkpoints and make their way onto the Ayalon highway, according to the Times of Israel. The police used water cannons and stun grenades to disperse the demonstrators.

Thousands of Israelis once again took to the streets of Tel Aviv, Jerusalem and other cities on Monday night. Anti-government protests against judicial reform continued in the country for the twelfth week.
Earlier Monday, amid widespread strikes, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said in a video address that consideration of the remaining judicial reform bills would not take place in the current Knesset session.
