Primorets received 22 years in prison for murder for 19 thousand rubles

Vladivostok, December 23 – The Primorye court appointed 22 years in prison for the murder for the sake of 19 thousand rubles and a motorcycle, and a resident of the region who hired him and participated in the massacre was sentenced to 21 years in prison, the prosecutor’s office of the Primorsky Territory reports.

Earlier, the jury unanimously supported the prosecution’s version that one of the defendants in the case persuaded another to take part in the murder of his friend’s husband for a fee of 19,000 rubles and a motorcycle. The criminals followed the victim in a car, forced the man to stop and get out of the car, and beat him, after which the “hire” Primorets strangled the beaten man. The man’s body was placed in his car, which drove 40 kilometers and was burned.

The department specified that we are talking about imprisonment in a strict regime colony. The convict who committed a crime for the sake of money and a motorcycle, after his release, will live with restriction of liberty for another 1.5 years. The court also upheld the claim of the mother of the dead man to recover compensation for moral damage in the amount of 3 million rubles.
