Qatar’s Final List for Gold Cup 2023 Excludes Afif and Al-Haydos, Confirms Queiroz

The Portuguese coach of the Qatar national football team, Carlos Queiroz, has announced the final list of 26 players for the 2023 Gold Cup in the United States of America and Canada.

The Qatar national team will begin their Gold Cup training camp on the 29th of the current period over three days in Doha before heading to Vienna on June 1st for a training camp by the 19th of the same month, which will include three training friendly matches against local Croatia, Jamaica and New Zealand on the 8th, 15th and 19th, and the next day will go to the US.

The Gold Cup competitions will start on June 24 and will last until July 16.

Qatar fell into the second group along with Mexico, Honduras and Haiti.
