Repair work has been completed at the accident site on the LPR gas pipeline

Luhansk, January 8 – Specialists have completed repair work on a section of the gas pipeline damaged by the explosion in the city of Lutogino, Lugansk People’s Republic, and the gas supply system is being put into operation, reports the State Unitary Enterprise Luhanskgaz.
Earlier, LPR reported an explosion in the gas pipeline in the city of Lotogino. The fire has already been extinguished. The company indicated that nearly 13,000 subscribers were left without gas. Special services are investigating the causes of the accident on the gas pipeline.
“As of 07.30 (Moscow time) today, specialists from the Luganskgaz State Unitary Enterprise have completed welding work on the emergency section of the gas pipeline,” the company’s Telegram channel said.

According to the report, the restored section of the main network is currently being filled with gas, after which the company’s employees will begin a phased connection to the gas supply system of previously disconnected subscribers.
