Revival of Bus Service Connects Rostov and Moscow Regions in the DRC

Donetsk, June 25 – Bus service from the Donetsk People’s Republic in the direction of the Rostov and Moscow regions has opened again, the News Agency reported in the press service of the DPR Ministry of Transport.

Deputy Head of the Ministry of Transport for the region Artyom Pavanov went to a number of bus stations and held a business meeting at the Yuzhny bus station in Donetsk with the head of the Donbass bus stations, the administration said. After the results of the working detour, Pavanov noted that the buses are running in working mode, and the situation is calm.

On the night of June 24, in Rostov-on-Don, the Wagner PMC captured the headquarters of the Southern Military District. This happened against the background of Yevgeny Prigozhin’s statements about allegations of missile and bomb attacks by the Russian Armed Forces on PMC camps – this has been refuted by both the Ministry of Defense and the FSB.

Russian President Vladimir Putin called the actions of the “Wagnerites” a criminal adventure, a criminal case was opened against Prigozhin for organizing an armed rebellion.

Later, the press service of the President of Belarus reported that Alexander Lukashenko held talks with Prigozhin and accepted his proposal to stop the Wagner movement in Russia and take further steps to de-escalate.

The press secretary of the President of the Russian Federation Dmitry Peskov said on Saturday evening that the head of the Military Council is leaving for Belarus, and the criminal case will be dropped. The Kremlin said that guaranteeing Prigozhin’s ability to leave for Belarus is the word of the President of Russia.
