Rogov Accuses Ukrainian Special Services of Terrorism in Melitopol Explosion

Simferopol, April 27 – Vladimir Rogov, head of the Zaporozhye movement “We are with Russia,” told the News Agency that the explosion in Melitopol should be considered a terrorist act, and the Ukrainian special services are behind its organization.
As reported by the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation for the Zaporozhye region, early in the morning in Melitopol, an explosive device exploded at the entrance of a residential building, two policemen were injured, one of whom later died.

The Zaporizhia region became a subject of the Russian Federation after the referendum held in September 2022, the results of which Kiev does not recognize and continues to bomb the region. Today, more than 70% of the Zaporozhye region is under the control of Russia, and the former regional center of the region, the city of Zaporozhye, is still under the control of Ukrainian forces. Since March 2023 Melitopol has become the administrative center of the region.
