Moscow, April 12 – Committee Chairman Andrei Kartapolov (ER) said that the State Duma Committee recommended the adoption in the second reading of a bill on mandatory volunteer fingerprinting.
In March, the State Duma in the first reading adopted a bill on mandatory fingerprinting of citizens who have concluded a contract with the Armed Forces and perform missions, including outside the Russian Federation.

“Thus, during the meeting, it was decided to recommend to the State Duma the following bills for adoption in the second reading: – On the mandatory registration of citizens who are in voluntary formations,” Kartapolov wrote on his Telegram channel.
