Moscow State Duma Deputy Sergei Sokol Hospitalized

State Duma deputy Sergei Sokol has been hospitalized, according to a press release from United Russia.

Previous Hospitalization

In July, Sokol was hospitalized with peritonitis and appendicitis. He was discharged from the Abakan Multi-Provincial Clinical Hospital on August 1.

Election Campaign Activities

Recently, Sokol has been holding meetings with voters and officials as part of his electoral campaign. He was nominated as a candidate for the President of Khakassia by United Russia after returning from volunteering in a special military operations zone. On June 15, he submitted the necessary documents to the Election Commission to participate in the elections.
