Moscow, July 7 – Alexandra Maksimova of Russia, representing Syria, won the individual all-around competition in artistic gymnastics at the Pan Arab Games in Algeria.
Based on the results of four exercises, the result was 49.233 points. The second place was won by Fatima Boukhatem (45.700) from Algeria, and her compatriot Hanna Salem (44.733) won the bronze medal.
According to the International Gymnastics Federation (FIG) website, 16-year-old Maksimova is a Syrian athlete.
