Thailand equips its fleet with new frigates

Navy Recognition has announced that Thailand is working on a project to equip its army with new warships.

This frigate is 124.1 m long, 14.4 m wide and has a displacement of 3,700 tons. This frigate can travel at a speed of 33 knots, carry a crew of 114, and travel 4,000 nautical miles in each mission.
This ship was equipped with a Sea Giraffe early warning radar with antennas manufactured by the Swedish company Saab, and was also armed with 76-mm OTO Melara cannons, Harpoon anti-ship missiles, RIM-162 ESSM anti-aircraft missiles, 12.7- and 30-mm machine guns. guns and launchers for 324 mm torpedoes.
