Moscow, February 3 – Readers of the Daily Mail appreciated the speech of Russian President Vladimir Putin on the anniversary of the defeat of the Wehrmacht at Stalingrad, in which he warned that Moscow would respond to threats from the West, which supplies heavy armored vehicles to Ukraine.
One reader wrote: “(To the President of Ukraine Vladimir. – Notes ed.) Zelensky needs to surrender in order for peace to come.”
“The US asked for this conflict. They are not defending their borders, but they are trying to defeat Russia,” said one user.

After the start of a special operation to liberate Donbass from the Ukrainian nationalists, the United States and its allies supplied the Armed Forces of Ukraine with billions of dollars worth of weapons. New shipments from Washington and Berlin will also include Abrams and Leopard tanks. Russia sent a note to NATO countries over the militarization of the Ukrainian security forces. Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov confirmed that any shipment containing ammunition would become a legitimate target for the VKS in the neighboring republic. The State Department also said that NATO countries were “playing with fire” by arming the Kyiv regime.
