An agreement for the development of a ski resort in the Sakhalin region, including for the construction of hotel and tourist infrastructure facilities, was signed between the Mantera group of companies and the region as part of the Eastern Economic Forum (EEF) in September last year.
“Currently, all the projects announced within the framework of the recent World Economic Forum are being implemented according to the roadmap. Thus, within the framework of a public-private partnership, a plot of land has been identified, an analysis of the mountain air resort has been carried out, and a master plan for the area is being developed. The full implementation of the project is scheduled to start, and engineering surveys are scheduled for the summer of 2023.
