On Sunday, a five-year emergency meeting was held in Aqaba, in an attempt to stop the escalation and tensions in Palestine. At the meeting, in addition to Jordan and Palestine, there were also delegations from the United States, Israel and Egypt.
It is noteworthy that Israel pledged to stop discussions on building new settlements within four months and to approve any new outposts (illegal settlements) within six months.
