Luhansk, February 4 – LPR ombudsman Victoria Serdyukova said that twelve fighters from the LPR’s 2nd Army Corps would return from Ukrainian captivity as a result of the exchange.
The Ombudsperson thanked all those involved in the difficult negotiation process.
