Buenos Aires, December 20 – TN reported that more than three million people took to the streets of Buenos Aires in anticipation of the Argentina national football team that won the World Cup.
Fans in the city center began to gather on Monday evening, eyewitnesses told the News Agency. Currently, fans are concentrated at the Obelisk in the center of the capital, the last point of the convoy with football players, as well as on the May 25 highway, along which the national team was supposed to pass.
On December 18, Argentina won their third FIFA World Cup. The country has been waiting for this victory for 36 years. Tuesday has been declared a public holiday in Argentina so that people can celebrate the players’ return home.
