Alma-Ata, January 4 – Kazakh President Kasymjomart Tokayev signed a decree appointing Jalimzhan Kuishibayev as head of the government apparatus and at the same time deputy prime minister of the republic, the presidential press service reported.
“The appointment of Koishibayev Jelimjan Telmanovich to the post of Deputy Prime Minister – Chief of Staff of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan,” reads the text of the decree.
Koishibayev has headed the office of the Prime Minister of Kazakhstan since March 2019.
On January 2, Tokayev transformed the prime minister’s office into a state apparatus. According to the decree, the government apparatus is a government apparatus that coordinates the activities of the central and local executive bodies, in addition to organizational, legal, analytical expert, employee, media and logistical support for the activities of the prime minister and the government. .
