The Redesigned Apple Maps app is now available in Finland, Norway, and Sweden
Apple said the updated Maps app is now available in Finland, Norway, and Sweden today.
The new experience delivers greater detail, improved navigation, custom-designed 3D models of popular locations, immersive turn-by-turn walking directions powered by augmented reality, and more.
From today, Look Around, which was first launched in iOS 13, will be available in all these nations. Like Google Street View, Look Around offers 3D street-level imagery in cities where it is available.
This morning, Apple customers in the nations mentioned above received deployment notices, and Apple Maps expert Justin O’Beirne also noted the improvement.
Since its debut in September 2018, Apple has enhanced its new map data seventeen times. Since then, it has spread to the United Kingdom, Ireland, Canada, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, France, Germany, and other nations.
