Moscow, February 16 – Biathlon Eduard Latypov considers it too early to talk about the performance of Russians at international championships under a neutral flag.
On January 25, the IOC Executive Committee called for the return of Russian and Belarusian athletes to competitions. The organization offered to allow neutral athletes who did not support the special operation in Ukraine.
The athlete also said that he does not yet know if he is ready to compete under a neutral flag.
