The sounds of airstrikes in the eastern regions of Ukraine

Moscow, December 23 – An air raid alert has been sounded in Ukraine’s Poltava, Kharkiv and Dnipropetrovsk regions and the Kyiv-controlled part of Zaporizhia, according to the Ministry of Digital Affairs’ online map.

The alarm signal was announced in the eastern regions almost simultaneously.

On October 10, two days after the terrorist attack on the Crimean bridge, behind which, according to the Russian authorities, the Ukrainian special services stand, the Russian armed forces began to strike at Ukrainian infrastructure. Strikes are carried out on energy facilities, the defense industry, the military command and communications throughout the country, from Kharkov and Kiev to Lvov and Ivano-Frankivsk. Since then, air raid alerts have been announced in Ukrainian regions every day, and sometimes throughout the country.
