Chelyabinsk, January 10 – Investigative authorities of the Kurgan region are investigating why the residents of the village of Martino were left without drinking water and, as a result, had to extract it from pieces of ice of a local lake, the Investigation Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia. The district union reported on Tuesday.
According to the information portal “Oblast 45”, a little more than 100 people live in the village of Martino, mostly pensioners.
