Yerevan, February 18 – US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken met with the leaders of Armenia and Azerbaijan Nikol Pashinyan and Ilham Aliyev in Munich, according to the Armenian government’s Telegram channel.
“Within the framework of the Munich Security Conference, a tripartite meeting is taking place between Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken and Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev,” the report said.

Pashinyan said on Thursday that Armenia has completed the next stage of working on a peace treaty and establishing relations with Azerbaijan, and Armenian proposals have been submitted to the Azerbaijani side. According to him, this should be understood as a draft document integrated with the proposals of the Armenian side. Proposals were also submitted to the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs.
