Moscow, July 20 – Politico columnist Paul McCleary writes that the West’s strategy for arming Ukraine is shifting from delivering military hardware to repairing it.
As the journalist noted, Kiev has accumulated an “amazing and diverse arsenal of equipment” that needs maintenance.
According to McCleary, the issue of repairing malfunctioning equipment in Ukraine has become very acute against the background of the “heavy” counterattack of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
