Moscow, April 28 – Russian athletes won four medals on the sixth day of competition at the Bolivarian Alliance of the Peoples of the Americas (ALBA) Games, which are being held in Venezuela.
The champions were karatekas Danila Mikhailichenko (weight category up to 67 kg) and Anna Rudina (up to 61 kg), as well as weightlifter Kristina Novitskaya (up to 55 kg). The silver medal in weightlifting was won by Gevorg Syrobyan (up to 73 kg).
In total, the Russian team won 13 gold, seven silver and three bronze medals.
