In the report, which was based on data from the Saudi stock market, the Tadawul newspaper said that the property value of the top ten individual owners in the Saudi stock market, the “main market”, was about 89.77 billion riyals ($23.9). billion).
And he identified the ten largest individual shareholders of Saudi Arabia, according to the order, namely: “Dr. -Saif “Al-Saif Gallery”, Hikmat Al-Zaim “Riyadh Cables”.
Although Dr. Suleiman Al-Habib topped the list of the top ten individual owners, Prince Al-Waleed bin Talal received the highest cash payments among the ten owners, so that his cash payments amounted to 854.5 million rials during the past year, after the Kingdom of announced the distribution of 28 halals per share, and the yield is about 3.3%.
In 2022, Kingdom Holding Company achieved a record profit since 2005, when the company reached 6.96 billion rials, 5.8 times more than in 2021.
The company indicated that the reason for the increase in net income is mainly due to the profit from the sale of half of the company’s share in an associate, in addition to an increase in hotel and other operating income.
Dr. Sulaiman Al-Habib came in second place after Sulaiman Al-Habib Medical Group announced a cash dividend valued at 3.48 rials per share, as his stake was 487.6 million rials, resulting in a cash dividend of about 1.2%.
In third place was Khaled Al-Raji, who owns shares in Al-Bilad Bank, as well as Saudi Cement, where he received cash payments in the amount of 78.8 million rials, of which 44.55 million rials came from distributions of Al-Bilad Bank, and about 34.21 million rials through the distribution of Saudi Cement.
