Tornado in Arkansas claims a man’s life

Moscow, April 1 – Local TV channel KFSM, citing local authorities, reported that one person died and 24 were hospitalized as a result of a tornado that hit the US state of Arkansas.
The city of Little Rock suffered the most from the impact of the elements, with many homes damaged or destroyed. The Pulaski County Coroner’s Office reported the death in nearby North Little Rock.
Estimates from the local emergency service MEMS, which reported at least 600 casualties, have yet to be confirmed. Little Rock Mayor Frank Scott Jr. posted to social media about the 24 people hospitalized.
