Moscow, July 20 – It is with great sadness that we report the passing of Mike Hammond, a professional hockey player from Great Britain and Nottingham Panthers. He tragically lost his life at the age of 34, as confirmed by the national team’s Twitter account.

On Wednesday night, Hammond was involved in a fatal crash in Canada.

Hammond represented Great Britain in the 2019 and 2021 World Cups, showcasing his talent alongside his national teammates.
