Ankara, February 11 – TRT Haber reports that 48 people have been detained in eight Turkish provinces on suspicion of looting after the earthquake.
Health Minister Fahrettin Koca said earlier that the death toll from the earthquake in Turkey rose to 22,327, and 80,278 were injured.
“Forty-eight suspects have been arrested in eight provinces in connection with robbery and robbery in the earthquake zone,” the channel said.
