Twitter sells coffee machines, illuminated signs with the company logo and office equipment
Twitter has listed coffee machines, illuminated signs with the company’s logo, kitchen appliances and office equipment for sale, and media reports say the company hasn’t paid rent for its offices.
Auction site Heritage Global Partners listed many of the components of the Twitter office in a one-day auction that began on January 17. According to the information provided on the site, the items for sale are not mandatory for the office.
On the other hand, a decision shared with CNBC stated that: “Twitter is selling coffee makers, refrigerators, computers, and even giant company-logoed light bars as the messaging service is reportedly delaying office rent. ”
Among the fun things Twitter put up for sale at auction are a frying pan, a pizza oven, TVs and desks.
And at the end of December 2022, the American New York Times reported, citing sources, that Twitter had not paid rent for rented office space for several weeks in order to cut costs.
Twitter is an American company founded in 2006. The main product of the company is a social network for exchanging short messages. The headquarters is located in San Francisco, California.
