The highest inflation rates were recorded in Zimbabwe (243.8%), Venezuela (234%) and Lebanon (122%), while Argentina ranked fourth with the highest inflation rate in the world at 94.8%.
While Sudan ranked fifth with 87.3%, then Turkey came in sixth with 64.3% followed by Sri Lanka with 59.2%.
According to the study, the top ten included Suriname (54.6%), Ghana (54.1%) and Haiti (48.3%).
