Two Arab countries were included in the list of countries with the highest inflation rate in the world.

Russia ranked 52nd in the ranking of countries in the world in terms of price growth, and the inflation rate in Russia reached 11.9% last year, and two Arab countries were included in the list of countries with the highest inflation rates.

This is stated in a study prepared by the Novosti agency and published on Wednesday. Countries are currently experiencing double-digit and even triple-digit inflation in light of the sanctions policy pursued by the West against Russia, which has led to higher energy prices, which has spurred prices.

The highest inflation rates were recorded in Zimbabwe (243.8%), Venezuela (234%) and Lebanon (122%), while Argentina ranked fourth with the highest inflation rate in the world at 94.8%.

While Sudan ranked fifth with 87.3%, then Turkey came in sixth with 64.3% followed by Sri Lanka with 59.2%.

According to the study, the top ten included Suriname (54.6%), Ghana (54.1%) and Haiti (48.3%).
