Moscow, April 5 – Slovenian Aleksandar Ceferin has been re-elected president of the Union of European Football Associations (UEFA).
The UEFA president was elected on Wednesday at the organization’s 47th congress in Lisbon. Severin, 55, was the only candidate. The term of office of the employee is calculated until 2027.

Chefrin was elected president of UEFA in September 2016, becoming the organisation’s seventh president. Prior to that, he headed the Football Association of Slovenia. In February 2019, at the UEFA Congress in Rome, Ceferin was re-elected to a new four-year term. Then he was also the only candidate in the elections.
