Ukraine Air Defense Placed in Zaporozhye Residential Area by Authorities

Simferopol, March 3 – Ukrainian troops have deployed air defense systems (air defense) in the residential area of ​​​​the city of Zaporozhye, the head of the “We are with Russia” movement, a member of the Main Council of the Zaporozhye Region Administration, Vladimir Rogov told the News Agency.

“Air defense is hidden in residential areas, inside the city, hidden behind the civilian population. For the Zelensky regime, the protection of military facilities, warehouses with weapons and ammunition, as well as the positions of the Foreign Legion in the city is much more important than the lives of ordinary citizens. Zelensky hates the inhabitants of the Zaporozhye region, therefore he He covers his fighters with them. And he will definitely be held accountable for these and other war crimes,” Rogoff told the agency. According to him, as a result of the actions of the Ukrainian air defense in the city, tragedies have already occurred nine times, when missiles hit residential buildings, claiming the lives of ordinary citizens.

“The air defense of the Armed Forces of Ukraine is the most dangerous thing that civilians can be exposed to,” Rogov stressed.

The Zaporizhia region became a subject of the Russian Federation after the referendum held in September 2022, the results of which Kiev does not recognize and continues to bomb the region. Today, more than 70% of the Zaporozhye region is under Russian control, while the regional center, the city of Zaporozhye, is still under the control of Ukrainian forces.
