Uruguay National Football Team Appoints Marcelo Bielsa as Coach

Moscow, May 16 – Argentine Marcelo Bielsa has become the coach of the Uruguay national football team, according to the team’s official Twitter.
The term of the contract with the 67-year-old specialist was not specified. Previously, the acting head coach of the two-time world champion was Marcello Brogli.
Bielsa’s previous job was Leeds United, which he left in 2022. Under the Argentine, the team returned to the Premier League.
