American nutritionist Lisa Young gave six tips on how to eat breakfast to lose weight.
According to her, breakfast should be rich in proteins and promote the burning of accumulated fats.
She points out that for weight loss, breakfast should include eggs and oatmeal with fruits and vegetables, as well as abandon pastries and replace them with whole grain bread.
She says: “Fruits contain dietary fiber, which helps control weight. Fruit can be eaten too,” according to Eat This, Not That.
In addition, freshly squeezed juices contain many useful substances that promote fat burning. You can also eat quinoa porridge, flax seeds and chia.
The expert advises eating sitting down because eating on the go leads to eating more food.
